Coating Roto Engraving Cylinders

DESCRIPTION: Precision-manufactured using advanced gravure technology, these cylinders deliver consistent coating, excellent ink transfer, and high durability—ideal for demanding flexible packaging applications.

Lathe Machine

- Utilization of 3 Automated Lathe machines for precise radius creation, chamfering, and side turning. Facilitating the rapid creation of perfectly aligned bores in a single operation.
Copper Plating
- A copper plating line featuring a shaftless cylinder mounting system that ensures consistent plating outcomes.
- The essence of copper electroplating involves immersing an item in an electrolyte solution and applying direct electricity to facilitate deposition.
Engraving Process
- Each engraver is outfitted with Xtreme engraving technology and HQH Pro.
- The engraving process entails the meticulous creation of recessed cells or wells that contain ink during printing to reproduce high-detail images.
Chrome Plating Process
- We have 3 advanced machines featuring variable patterns and adjustable angles.
- The formation of a protective surface on the copper-plated substrate defines ink cells; deeper cells improve color, smaller cells reduce density.
